The House Spirit

One of the most positive spirits in Slavic mythhology. Keeps the house safe, maintains it and talks to the cats; generally a well-meaning praknster, does not like mirrors, goats or anyone who sleeps by the doorstep. Possesses magical powers, like the other spirits, and can seriously hurt house invaders. If there is a plague or a similar calamity, he leaves the house, sits in the yard and howls with the dogs.

The Forest Spirit - the keeper of the woods, can take form of a bear, an old man or a tree. Loves to confuse visitors and can get you lost if you get carried away. Tends after the animals. Misleads visitors with blood-chilling screams, and if you want to appease him, you should make him laugh by turning your clothes inside out or making jokes like "Please come back yesterday" Not a mean spirit overall, but it's better to not meet him

Attacks lone travelers and drinks their blood, also kidnaps and drinks blood of children, especially the ill-behaved ones. They can even call you out with a familiar voice. If you hear something at night, do not turn around, keep walking, and pray.
